MedHub Description:
MedHub is a web-based application designed to house, document, track and monitor institutional requirements and educational experiences for fellows, residents, and students.
Audience:
Students, Faculty, Clerkship/Course Administrators, and Clerkship/Course Directors
Faculty/Coordinators are to use their IU email address to access MedHub.
Having Trouble Logging in to MedHub?
IU Login
If you have an IU Login
Use your IU username and passphrase after selecting ‘Click here to log in with your IU Account’
If you need to reset your passphrase you may do so at https://access.iu.edu/Passphrase. You will need your username, birth date and University ID. If you have any difficulties with IU Login you may contact the HTS helpdesk at 317-278-5263.
Non-IU Login
If you have a Non-IU Login (IU Health, hospital or personal email)
Click on ‘Click here to log in using a non-IU account’
- A Log in screen will appear in the upper right hand corner of the screen
- Enter your username
- Click on ‘Forgot my password’
- You will be prompted to set your password
If you do not know your login type or username, please submit a support ticket and our MedHub Support Team would be happy to assist.
