PowerPoint Recordings

Brief description/overview 

Office Mix was designed to enable teachers (or anyone who presents) to take a PowerPoint presentation, and mix it into an interactive, playable document that can be viewed on almost any device, anywhere with an internet connection. 

Audience that uses it 

Office Mix can be used by all IU faculty and students for teaching and learning within the IU School of Medicine. 

Availability

Office Mix has been officially retired from Microsoft and replaced by PowerPoint Recorder in Office 365, PowerPoint 2016. However the Mix plug-in for PowerPoint 2013 & 2016 still works and the installer is still available.   

PowerPoint 2013 & 2016 users can download and install the Mix plug-in using the following link.

To install Office 365, PowerPoint 2016 users will need to refer to the following guide to activate the Recorder tool.
